BIOLOGY
KLOW is a multi-peptide research blend combining four well-characterized research peptides: GHK-Cu (copper tripeptide), BPC-157 (pentadecapeptide), TB-500 (a thymosin beta-4 active fragment), and KPV (melanocortin-derived tripeptide). Each component is independently studied for roles in tissue repair, angiogenesis, extracellular-matrix remodeling, and modulation of inflammation.

The rationale for combining these peptides in a research blend is to study potential complementary activity across the repair and inflammation pathways the individual components address — collagen and matrix synthesis (GHK-Cu), tissue and angiogenic repair signaling (BPC-157, TB-500), and anti-inflammatory signaling (KPV).

This product is intended solely for in-vitro and preclinical research use and is not for human or veterinary consumption.

Research note: KLOW is a proprietary multi-component blend. Published peer-reviewed literature characterizes the individual peptides below; controlled studies on this specific four-peptide combination are not established. Supporting studies are provided at the component level.

KEY RESEARCH APPLICATIONS OF KLOW

1. Extracellular-Matrix & Collagen Pathways (GHK-Cu)
The copper-tripeptide component is studied for matrix and regenerative activity:
• Collagen Synthesis: Stimulates collagen and glycosaminoglycan production in fibroblasts.
• Matrix Remodeling: Modulates metalloproteinase activity and tissue remodeling.
• Regenerative Gene Expression: Studied for broad effects on repair-associated genes.
Supporting Studies:
Pickart, L. & Margolina, A. — International Journal of Molecular Sciences. “Regenerative and protective actions of the GHK-Cu peptide in the light of the new gene data.” PubMed – PMID: 29986520

2. Tissue & Angiogenic Repair Signaling (BPC-157 / TB-500)
The repair-peptide components are studied in tissue-healing models:
• Tendon & Soft-Tissue Repair: BPC-157 studied in tendon and muscle healing models.
• Angiogenesis: TB-500 studied for endothelial migration and new vessel formation.
• Wound Healing: Both studied for accelerated repair in preclinical models.
Supporting Studies:

Malinda, K.M. et al. — FASEB Journal. “Thymosin beta4 accelerates wound healing.” PubMed – PMID: 10469335

3. Anti-Inflammatory Signaling (KPV)
The melanocortin tripeptide component is studied for inflammation modulation:
• NF-kappaB Inhibition: Reduces activation of inflammatory signaling pathways.
• Cytokine Modulation: Decreases pro-inflammatory cytokine secretion in cell models.
• Mucosal Inflammation: Studied in experimental colitis models.
Supporting Studies:
